To tap the burgeoning online shoppers, Tata Value Home unveiled a new online marketing concept i.e the National Home Buying Day 2014.
The highlight of National Home Buying Day 2014 is that the aspiring home buyers can purchase a Tata Value Apartment ONLINE.
This is a limited edition offer, open from 21/02/2014 to 24/02/2014. All projects with limited units will be showcased in each price band.
Allotment of the projects will be done by KPMG through random selection on 5th March 2014.
The allotment list will be displayed on the Tata Values Homes website from 05/03/2014 onwards.
The participating TVHL projects are La Montana (Pune), Inora Park (Pune), New Haven (Bengaluru), New Haven Compact (Ahmedabad) and Santorini (Chennai).
Participants have to make an online payment of Rs 20,000 which is refundable subject to non-allotment of a home.
National Home Buying Day is a new concept in India. In the coming years, it is expected more builders and financing agencies will be part of this concept, which will add value to India’s aspiring homeowners.
