Reserve Bank of India, has imposed monetary penalty of Rs1 lac/- on The Becharaji Nagarik Sahakari Bank Ltd., Becharaji, Dist. Mehsana, Gujarat
The penalty has been imposed for
01) Violation of Reserve Bank of India’s instructions relating to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms and
02) Anti Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
Becharaji, has a population of 1lac and is famous for temple of Bahuchar Mata or Bahucharaji Mata.
